FOR XP:
STEP 1:-


Go to C:\Windows\System32 folder.
and Copy the cmd.exe and sethc.exe to Your Desktop.


STEP 2:-


Rename cmd.exe to sethc.exe and
setch.exe to cmd.exe.
Now copy both the files in C:\Windows\System32
and replace the original ones.


STEP 3:-


Now Restart the system
and when you are at log on window asking for password,
Press Shift key five times.
Now you have a new window of Command Prompt with Admin Level Privilege.


STEP 4:-


Finally you have to know some CMD commands to change user password,


Type "net user" without quotes to get the list of users,


Finally type "net user username *" and press enter which ask for new password for that user and you have done it.


Example:- net user arun


FOR WINDOWS 7:
All you have to do the same steps,
with just one change,
File cmd.exe is replaced with Utilman.exe rather than sethc.exe.
